What This Smokeless Fire Pit Warranty Covers

KiwiFire warrants that your KiwiFire Smokeless Fire Pit and genuine KiwiFire accessories will be free from defects in workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase under normal residential use.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural welding faults

  • Fabrication defects

  • Assembly workmanship issues

  • Manufacturing-related component failures

If a valid workmanship defect is identified within the warranty period, KiwiFire will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the affected component

  • Replace the defective part

  • Provide an equivalent remedy

What Is Not Covered

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Use of fuels other than recommended firewood

  • Improper installation

  • Commercial or hospitality use (unless agreed in writing)

  • Unapproved modifications or alterations

  • Acts of nature (storm, flood, fire damage)

To maintain warranty eligibility, owners must:

  • Allow proper airflow and drainage

  • Avoid excessive moisture retention

  • Use only recommended fuels

  • Avoid overloading or sustained extreme heat exposure

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a KiwiFire warranty claim:
